Are you open to full-time roles?
Yes. I’m open to Digital Project Manager, Full-Stack and IT leadership roles in Harare, across SADC, or remote — and to consulting engagements.
Do you manage projects or build them?
Both. On some projects I was the project manager, on others the lead developer, and on many both. That means realistic estimates and fewer surprises.
What does a typical engagement look like?
A short discovery call, a written scope with milestones and a change process, weekly status updates, structured UAT, a controlled launch and SLA-backed support.
Can you work with our existing team and vendors?
Yes — I regularly coordinate developers, designers, QA, hosting teams and third-party vendor engineers who don’t report to me.
